We earn our fees by negotiating the best prices for you. Our knowledge of the market means we save you both money through skilful negotiation, and time, in searching for the ideal home or investment.

Property Finding

• Buying: 1.75% plus VAT of the final purchase price. A registration fee is payable to commence the search with balance payable upon exchange.
• Renting: The equivalent of four weeks rent plus VAT. A registration fee is payable to commence the search with the balance payable on signing of the tenancy agreement.
  

Project Management

Our fees are very competitive in the London market. This will be looked at on a case by case basis.
