Mark Wells joined Homes One after a decade working in some of London's most prestigious and influential Residential Sales Agents. A specialist in Central and South West London, his career so far has included four years in the 'Prime Houses Team' of Savills' most profitable office.
Mark has personally transacted in excess of a hundred properties in the above £1 million price bracket alone, giving him invaluable experience in negotiation techniques and residential conveyance. Natalia de Weck is the newest addition to the Homes-One team, and comes from a strong background in business development and client relationships development. As such, she is a valuable addition to our team in her strength to empathise with and understand client needs.
Natalia has experience working in property, and a keen eye for sourcing properties having invested into residential properties. All of which she redeveloped into rewarding sales. Furthermore, she has participated in overseas developments with an emphasis on interiors and architectural design.
