His aim was to set up a more client focused, personalised and trustworthy search agency to help people in all aspects of their property purchase. In this process he has built up a formidable range of contacts to help find and secure the best properties available.
He specialises in medium sized transactions, high end acquisitions for homes in excess of £10 million, and also advises on and acquires large development and investment properties. His network of professional advisors and industry professionals as well as an intimate knowledge of London enables him to tackle any issue arising throughout the property purchase process.

Mark Wells, Director
Mark Wells joined Homes One after a decade working in some of London's most prestigious and influential Residential Sales Agents. A specialist in Central and South West London, his career so far has included four years in the 'Prime Houses Team' of Savills' most profitable office.
Mark has personally transacted in excess of a hundred properties in the above £1 million price bracket alone, giving him invaluable experience in negotiation techniques and residential conveyance. Like Karim, he has also gathered a wealth of contacts from both his professional and private life. Mark studied Philosophy and Economics at Bristol University.

Arina Schneitter, Property Consultant and Russian Liaison
Prior to joining Homes One, Arina worked in residential property sales, mortgage brokerage and banking. Since she is fluent in both Russian and English, she adds a vital link for some of our Russian / CIS clients.
Arina's professional experience from working with clients enables her to tackle many issues arising in the property transaction process. Arina holds a BA in Business Management and a Masters in Politics from the London School of Economics.

Catarina Sereno, Concierge and Office Administrator
Catarina has always had a passion for property. She spent three years studying architectecture in Portugal before deciding to pursue her career here in London. She is fluent in French, Portuguese and English, and has gained experience in the corporate world through her time as PA to the President of EMEA as well as to the UK Country Manager. Catarina is also a freelance Opera singer.

Najwa Mroue, Design Assistant
Najwa joined Homes One in 2006 and quickly showed herself to have a fantastic eye for the interior design of our clients' proeperties. She is currently studying at KLC school of design on a part-time basis, so that she can help clients even further with their design decisions.
