There is a lot of negative news on the economy, the Ukraine war and the cost of living.

I feel like the property market as a result is taking a breath after two years of unexpected growth and activity; and we may be in for a more cautious summer. However I don’t think the market will tumble since there still is a supply side problem; prices will remain strong.
